Your products are crap. I bought wire rimed bifocals, lenses popped out. I brought them in, your staff used some loctite, replaced a screw. Two months another screw came out. The frame and lens on the left is being held together by small pieces of scotch tape; you said the warranty ended. My new medical insurance recommend a new service in La Crosse.
Not sure what to say since they didn't answer the phone. Waited through a long list of options and that told me to stay on the line for help and then went to voicemail. Guess they don't want to talk?
What an absolutely fantastic experience. Needed a little help with my glasses and the team at Robeson were very accommodating. 40 years in the business and it shows why. Thanks!!
