Could not be happier about our experience with Robeson Vision! Our toddler went through 2 frames and 10 months of "settling" on sub-part fit before we finally checked out Robeson. I had been sad that we could not find someone who wanted to be a hero for our toddler, but the optician team we worked with (shout out Sam & Mara!) changed all of that! They worked so patiently and expertly to get our little guy's frames perfectly adjusted so he can run around and be his best self! They have tools on site to make adjustments on the... read more
Most of the staff is amazing (doctors, front desk staff, medical assistants), but Maria provides terrible customer service. We will not purchase glasses there again because of how she interacts with customers.
My child was having problems seeing the board at school, they got us in due to a cancelation in about two weeks. Very greatful to Dr. Dunham and the staff for making my child's first appointment a fun adventure.
