Great Dr. and team working there!
Great place super friendly but when you forget to make your appointment you have to wait almost a year and my prescription is expired. When talking about dates they would rather lose a customer than trying to make something work.
Your products are crap. I bought wire rimed bifocals, lenses popped out. I brought them in, your staff used some loctite, replaced a screw. Two months another screw came out. The frame and lens on the left is being held together by small pieces of scotch tape; you said the warranty ended. My new medical insurance recommend a new service in La Crosse.
