very bad experience With this Clinic the front desk wanted to reschedule me for only being late five minutes and I tried to explain to them why and how the person on the phone said it’s OK to be late since she’s gonna send me the papers to my email which which I did fill out all these papers they did not accept that and they wanted to reschedule me the front desk. Love Dr. Spiering and his staff. Unfortunately, I have moved from the area and have to find a new physician.
After leaving kaiser after 30 years due to medical coverage, I searched for doctors to treat my rare condition(s) Robin listens to me, and when he needs to he takes the time in considering my own solutions or alternatives. I can go on all day. The sum of my experience is, I feel blessed to know Robin, and my quality of life has been easier since the day I met him. The only complaint I have is with reception. They seriously overstep their boundaries. They act like they are nurses, and they are not.
