Robin is very personable and knowledgeable. I had never been to this office before and was greeted with friendly and professional staff. Shannon, my nurse was also very friendly. I felt very comfortable and anticipate a good relationship with this office.
Very good she always helps when she can
Within the first few minutes of talking to the two receptionists, I could tell that it would be a very welcoming environment. The first nurse to assess me, Shannon, she treated me with kindness professionalism. Next was Robin, the NP. I clicked with her immediately. She treated me like family and bits of appropriate humor. First impressions are important to establish a lasting relationship. I hope this continues for a long time to come.
