This is "packaged" medicine. You pay a large sum of money up front and then tests and everything else are taken from that amount. I have never had to 'haggle' with a doctor about money. Insurance does not cover Dr. Miller's practice. My husband and I thought we were shopping for a used car, not a physician. It was embarrassing.
