Amazing friendly service Tedi was thoroughly looked after and had some lovely cuddles off the staff which helped me with any anxiety dropping him off for the first time. We were told that due to covid restrictions that we wouldn't be able to go in with Tedi but the staff were so incredible and efficient that the whole process went well. Thank you so much to all the staff at Robin Lewis Vets.

Failed to explain covid restriction when booking appointment meant I wasn't allowed in with my nervous dog to get her boosters! Wouldn't have booked the appointment had I know this. Also have seen people in other vets in the waiting rooms with their animals! Absolutely ridiculous not being clear over the restrictions and obviously no regard for animals wellbeing. On top of this they then wouldn't let me into the surgery to pay them instead expected me to give them sensitive information, my credit card number, over the phone ... read more
