I made a booking (last week) for a blow dry for an event tonight The appointment was for 4pm. They called me at 11am to cancel. See message. Said Robin is ill and no one can fill in. The event is tonight. Rescheduling for next week is not helpful!?! I had booked them for another event in October. Full hair and make up. I will cancel as they do not seem reliable.

This is a hidden gem in downtown leesburg, where the staff is welcoming and great vibes all around. Jessica worked her magic with my hair which is a sew in weave - might I add it’s been hard for me to find someone around the area that feels confident to work with what I have. Already made my second appointment! Thank you thank you !!

Love this salon and everyone there. I’ve gone to Jessica a few times for color/cut and she’s given me the best haircuts I’ve ever had. She does an incredible job with her blowouts and it’s the smoothest blowout you’ll ever get. I’ve booked Layla as well for a blowout and she did a fantastic job. This place is the best gem in leesburg for cut, color, and blowouts!
