They were terrible with my son they kept saying he only has an infection turned out when I took him to hospital he was actually very unwell they haven’t a clue
EVEONE are so helpful thay so care about you doctors the bet doctors I have be with for long thay talk to you and you can get appointment with the doctors 😉
STEER CLEAR!!! The worst GP surgery that I have ever dealt with. They made it difficult for me to get prescriptions that I needed and at times it was impossible to get an appointment. When I advised them I would be leaving I recieved a letter in the post stating I was no longer a patient of the surgery due to my threatening behaviour. I threatened legal action, I wasn’t aggressive in any way There were other people there and not one person seemed shocked or offended by what I said. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this practice. Yes, it’s sometimes tricky to get through or snag an appointment, but I’ve found this is the same everywhere in the past decade or so. We’ve been patients here since 2019 - my husband is 6 years post-cancer diagnosis, so has needed various bits of follow-up care and I’ve recently had some health problems that could easily have been written off as stress.
