I had the privilege of working with Robin on two separate occasions for homes and also a beautiful lot in vintage Oak. She helped me buy and sell two properties in Indian Springs. My wife and I have purchased 6 homes in our lifetime and I must say, this experience was very challenging due to the in-house financing the builder had and other unknown factors that came to play with this process. At one point, we didn't believe we were going to be able to close on our house due to the seller making changes in the original agreement.
