Over 20 years with this agent and although they were given my credit card number so there would be no late payments, they never added it. My dad has been driving without insurance and I only found out because I got a new card and wanted to update them. I was told they DIDN'T NEED to let me know the insurance would be cancelled. Then I was told they could get me a new quote and would call back. Of course I never heard from them again. Super way to pay back long time customers who were there when the agency was smaller.
