I visited two other stores before walking into Robin James Jewelers and immediately I knew that this is where I wanted to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend. My husband and I were in Ohio for our daughters wedding. He has a special watch that belonged to our deceased son and he wanted to wear it for the wedding and we thought it just needed a new battery. I took it to a battery store in Az and the very nice gentleman who turned out was not nice at all told me he replaced the battery and I needed to bring to a watch repair shop. Robin James jewelers is the only one we trust! We have been their customer for over 15 years. Robin helped me design a beautiful 25th wedding anniversary ring that is beyond perfect! My husband had purchased an anniversary band for our 10th anniversary and they were able to match a ring perfectly 15 years later!
