I am extremely disappointed with the service. If there were negative stars, I would have given it. I called to see if they were able to fix faded pictures I needed on the 25th. I was told they could.. After rushing to the shop and paying 180.00 dollars, I was assured I would get a call on Monday the 19tn,, to let me know the progress and if they needed additional funds. I would recommend using Robin again! I just picked up a project that Bill at Robin helped me with. It was an anniversary gift where I had provided the file. He was great to work with for my budget and helped make some recommendations on the size of print and frame details. The results turned out even better than expected.
Our Wedding photo taken on December 28th in 1968. was in bad shape. I ask my wife, about three years ago, if there was anything we could do. We've passed Robin Imaging hundreds of times. She read an overlooked sign on building and took our Wedding photo in. Robin Imaging worked a miracle. It looks brand new, just like the original. The very thoughtful birthday gift is now on the wall in our bedroom. Robin Imaging Services, thank you.
I came in and was greeted by a big gentle dog, and soon after Deb came and helped me. She was very kind, and was happy to help me print out a portrait for my high profile client. She was able to help me pick out the best option for my client and was able to get it done in the same day. They were even kind enough to wait for me shortly after closing to pick up my portrait! It was beautiful and my client Loved It! I highly recommend them!
