Mollie helped me get a poster made for a family function and the entire process was easy and painless. Robin expedited the process so we would have it finished in time. The quality is outstanding. Highly recommend Robin Imagining.
Poor attitude with me, rude on the phone
I am extremely disappointed with the service. If there were negative stars, I would have given it. I called to see if they were able to fix faded pictures I needed on the 25th. I was told they could.. After rushing to the shop and paying 180.00 dollars, I was assured I would get a call on Monday the 19tn,, to let me know the progress and if they needed additional funds. I would recommend using Robin again! I just picked up a project that Bill at Robin helped me with. It was an anniversary gift where I had provided the file. He was great to work with for my budget and helped make some recommendations on the size of print and frame details. The results turned out even better than expected.
