Did not deliver anniversary flowers to my wife on Friday. Promised my wife a fresh bouquet on Monday, a refund, and a call to me on Monday. Monday - bouquet had 3 wilted flowers, so far no refund, voice mail left on Wednesday at 4pm. Moment is lost!!!!!!
