Tried to make an appointment. An EXTREMELY condescending and rude guy named ANDY basically told me they couldn't see kids with ADHD. He asked reason for visit and i was saying all the things i was worried it could be and he said we dont treat those and when i asked to still make an appointment he got an attitude and told me it would be noted in my chart that i mentioned those things. He was so rude it was terrible. I hung up. This is who represents you?

I made an appointment with Dr. R. Smith on March 6, and I had to wait 4 months until July 24. Then, a month before the appointment, they called me and said the doctor is no longer accepting new patients! A month before! By that point, I had already been waiting for 3 months. It’s just ridiculous. I would have scheduled with another doctor, BUT now I’ll have to wait all over again before I can get an appointment.
I give this bs place a 0! Front desk was full of attitude after waiting 4 months for an appointment for our 4 year old daughter! We had a hard time finding this bs place because it is in a hidden location and because of that they wouldn't take us! I just want to say this...remember you guys are human too and you too can go through something medically in life and I hope you see what it feels like for someone not to care! My experience at Dr. Smith’s office was incredible. To start, the front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. The wait time was not long, but even when we were waiting in the waiting room, they were very friendly and talking to us when they could see we were definitely nervous. When we were called to the exam room I first saw the nurse practitioner before Dr. Smith came in and she was helpful in gathering information. Then Dr. Smith arrived.
