If I could give zero stars, I would. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS! Rude staff, horrible customer service, and the nastiest nurses I have ever come in contact with. NYU.. it's time for customer service training!! Your staff is atrocious and frankly you should ve embarrassed by the team at this location. There has never been a doctor every time we've been to that office. I believe it's just nurses running the office. The office manager is out of control and needs to understand that people need to see the doctor not the nurses. No one there has respect or knows how to talk to people including nurses and office staff especially the office manager. If I was you I would avoid this place!!!
I give Dr.Smith and his staff five stars! My daughter is a pretty complex case and has been a patient of Dr.Smith’s for years. He doesn’t overbook, so there’s no waiting, you are always in on time. If you send a message through the MyChart app, they respond quickly and are very polite, any problems that may arise are handled in a timely manner.. reading some of the reviews there was talk about his bedside manner. Tried to make an appointment. An EXTREMELY condescending and rude guy named ANDY basically told me they couldn't see kids with ADHD. He asked reason for visit and i was saying all the things i was worried it could be and he said we dont treat those and when i asked to still make an appointment he got an attitude and told me it would be noted in my chart that i mentioned those things. He was so rude it was terrible. I hung up. This is who represents you?
Everyone was very pleasant the Staff the doctor very knowledgeable glad the wait was short
