Dr. Snead is a great Doctor, along with listener! She is very compassionate and works to make a goal for your progress in healing. It's very hard to find people that care these days. Very happy with her, Thanks again Dr. Snead!

Dr. Snead is a good doctor. The issues I have is trying to get in touch with the office. I have an Rx that needs to be filled but the pharmacy cannot reach the office because there is always a problem with the number. I cannot reach the office either.

Doctor who goes beyond the call of duty.She saved my life. I don’t care about the waiting time when she takes her time to do everything she can for your health

So, I called to make an appointment, which has been a challenge within itself. Hence, this encounter with the receptionist over the phone did not make matters any better. The lady was so busy trying to figure out if I had private insurance, she forgot I was a human being in need of a Primary Physician. Such a cold women and unwelcoming. Very disappointed with her phone etiquette and inability to establish rapport. I just got off the phone without making an appointment.
