I give both Tony (Sarasota) and Louis (Tony’s supervisor) zero stars for their lack of customer service skills. I guess once they get your sale/money, great customer service isn’t in their vocabulary. Both people were extremely rude to three of us that called them regarding a situation that occurred. Sad, but I believe they take advantage of older people and when called out on an issue, they become downright rude. The shed may be good quality, but I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH ROBINS AGAIN!
Great salesman. Not many sheds there right now. But saw enough to recognize there workmanship.
I only wish that I could give them a 0 star rating. The shed itself is okay but the customer service is atrocious! From the owner right on down. Just too many issues to go into. Bottom line I do not recommend buying from them. Bad company.
My 5 star rating is for the shed. We don't have a garage so we bought a 10x16 shed 2+ years ago. Quality made, sturdy flooring, nice windows, delivery was easy, tied down strongly...very happy with our shed. It holds so much! Purchase process was simple. Have recommended others. I'd give the staff a 3 star rating because Tony is a little rough around the edges, not warm and inviting, a little impatient even. That said, he does know the shed business and got all the details taken care of.
If I could give this company a minus for the ratings, it would not do justice to how I was treated. I called Tony on March 3,2016 to find out how to get a replacement key for the shed I purchased from Robin Builders back in 2002\2003 . I had originally only been given one key, and when my fiancé passed away, the key never was found.
