I made appointment further away because I wanted to be seen by Dr. Robin. She Was the BEST primary care physician I ever had. No other even close. When i arrived i got the same list of living and state of mind questions. Hardly questioned me about my health. Then Dr. Came in and not Dr. Robin. Not happy. She skimmed over every complaint with no solutions. Anxious to move onto next patient. Then she wants blood work without explaining what she needs to check. I came to Oak Street to see my Primary Care physician Dr. Robin Allen , she sent in a nurse practitioner who took my vitals gave me a referral for a surgeon and sent me home. I felt so alone . It was clear she had no interest in a 71 year old cancer patient. Thanks -
