Two trip and no improvement on a simple hearing aid fix.
Seniors like I are lost without their hearing aids and are lost if the Co. they deal with is not there for them when there is a problem. In Dec and away on holidays mine stopped working and a local co. examined them and had to return them to the manufacturer, Phonac. Two weeks later they were returned fixed but were not so i asked the local co. to have Phonac give me a new pair as mine were only six months old. They said since i was not their customer Phonac would not entertain any requests from them. Going into week three o... read more
Really happy with the exam that I was given. Very clean facility, friendly staff, and very straightforward process. Everything was explained as the exam progressed. I would recommend this place.
I really enjoyed my appointment at Robillard's in Carleton Place. Catherine was very knowledgeable and friendly. Brandi really made me feel at ease and like I was talking with a friend. Absolutely recommend!
