Please please do not use this funeral home for your baby. As another review stated, the owner lied to me and told me she had picked up my baby from the hospital when she had not. My baby sat in the morgue for over a week when I thought she was with the funeral home despite having paid for services. She was very difficult to get ahold of. She got confused about which hospital I had delivered at despite having submitted the appropriate paperwork. Worst establishment. They are so unprofessional that they were taking long to go pick up my nephew body to get cremated. Then finally they dud and on the day of the service every detail that we paid for were the cheapest. They also forgot the balloons. I do not recommend this place.
