Would NOT recommend this place as a grieving mother of her infant. They took 2 months to gather my baby back home with me while trying to call multiple times to get him home. When she did end up sending him home she said my address was “too long” to write on the box so she had him sent to my family home 2 hours away from me because it was an easier address to write on the box. Please please do not use this funeral home for your baby. As another review stated, the owner lied to me and told me she had picked up my baby from the hospital when she had not. My baby sat in the morgue for over a week when I thought she was with the funeral home despite having paid for services. She was very difficult to get ahold of. She got confused about which hospital I had delivered at despite having submitted the appropriate paperwork. Losing a love one brings deep grief and having Charise from Robey Park Manor Funeral Home and staff made the planning exceptional with great service and care not only for my loved one but for the entire family with services offered. Worst establishment. They are so unprofessional that they were taking long to go pick up my nephew body to get cremated. Then finally they dud and on the day of the service every detail that we paid for were the cheapest. They also forgot the balloons. I do not recommend this place.
