I have not had to make a claim or anything, but the customer service I received was amazing. I would like to give a big shout out to Josh. Josh went above and beyond to take care of our insurance needs. Even though it was around closing time, Josh acted like they just opened up for the day. He also treated me like I was his only customer. Farm Bureau, please consider Josh when promotion time comes; he deserves a promotion and much more. Thank you!
Farm Bureau is like having no insurance at all. They are going to deny your claim. I call them fake insurance. Worthless
