Bought brand new jetski. Brought in for service 4 times in a year. Jet ski shut down in the middle of the lake. All engine issues. The fifth time it shut down in the water I requested a refund or replacement due to Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act. Didn’t want to do either.
I brought in a 2012 Can Am Spyder that I had just bought from a "friend of a friend" and asked the shop to go through it because a brake light had come on after a few miles of riding. They did a wonderful job making the machine run like new and came in under estimate. Jim in parts kept me abreast of what was going on with the work and cost. I have been going to this dealership for the past 10 years. I have always gotten top notch service, The staff is has always been very helpful. They service my sleds, watercraft and my side by side. They want your business and it shows. They just got it together. I just purchased another side by side today!! Its the place to go.
Bought a utility trailer from Robertson's not long ago. Super friendly & professional staff. They were pretty busy that morning, but politely asked if I could wait a few minutes until someone could help me. I ended up buying the trailer and the process was quick & easy. I'll definitely be back to give them my business.
