Easy, pleasant and respectful car purchase I’ve ever experienced
Service person we dealt was was extremely rude and not very knowledgeable. I get my wife's car is 5 years old and don't expect the staff to remember ever recall but don't tell the customer it's not cover without checking. After I spent 20 minutes there he finally looked realizing I wasn't just going to accept his answer. When he looked he found out I was right and never apologized just that the extended coverage on the recall only was in effect for about to more months.
