Made an appointment almost 2 weeks ago to have a few things looked at in my car. Dropped it off the night before and told them I needed it back by 3 the next day. Well 3 o’clock comes and goes so I call them and was rudely told “sorry, we are backed up and nobody looked at it today. I can leave the keys in it for you if you want to come pick it up.” Not sure why I even made an appointment.
