I avidly give reviews based on superior or lack-luster performance. The staff @ Robertson Tire & Service @ Glenpool, Ok meet you with sense of urgency and concern for your needs & time. They performed overall svc check of brakes, oil change, other they deemed needing checked. Well beyond my expectation! Good job!
They were very helpful with tire pricing and install. They depend on technology for communication and invoice processing and if someone makes a mistake it is not easily corrected. In my case, they put the wrong vehicle on my invoice and it was Friday afternoon, so the person that can correct it would not be there until Monday. This is not a huge problem but should not happen.
I came into the store desperately in need of a good front end alignment. Gary Taylor took great care of me. Thank you, Gary!
