Great experience! Traveled from El Paso to buy my daughter a violin! Although they were busy and short staffed (holiday weekend) we walked out of there with a great violin, bow, and case! All with great attention and patient customer service!
Robertson & Sons Violin Shop has done it again with the best rehair I’ve ever had. The last 3 rehairs have been the best I’ve ever gotten. Somehow the hair quality and workmanship has been better every time. Thanks Marco Retana for this outstanding rehair!!
We went in for the first time and it had a stiff atmosphere. It didn't have a welcoming environment due to the layout and rude staff. It was difficult to look at products or to shop. They made us feel like scum, like we didn't belong there. Just got to see work desks and the instruments through a window a floor above us.
