Highly recommend Robertson HVAC! Referred by Cinch home warranty! The technician Nate was prompt, efficient and courteous! Corrected our issue and made sure we were informed throughout the service call! Thank you Nate!!
Mr Robertson serviced my system last year and his technician was great! My air conditioner wasn't working during one of the hottest week in Cleveland. I was miserable unable to sleep due to the humidity in my house. I called Cinch home warranty and they tried to give me another company and I refused. When I called him he was understanding to my needs and a technician was at my home the next day. Excellent service!!
This company not only gave me a great deal but they went far above anything I had anticipated. I greatly appreciate their honesty as well.
