The main issue I had was extremely poor customer service from Robertson's. I was assigned this company by my warranty provider, but they repeatedly failed to follow up with me, despite promising to schedule my repair. After many calls from my end, a technician finally arrived, only to inform me that they needed a lift truck to access my rooftop air conditioner, costing $250.
