Paid rent and was served a 5 day eviction notice week before i have c-section plus two days after that was served turned off JUST electric. is quick as hell to take money. refuses to work around a set pay period so stuck paying late fees every month with it totaling 1320. I met this man who rented an apartment on Jefferson to me. He took my cash real fast. But he has some maintenance men who work for him, ones gf is Maria Estrada. She told him(Robertson) I was a felon. He took my rent again, then called me to his office to tell me to move with my background printed out. He evicted me, refused to take any rent and used failure to pay as eviction reason.
