I've never given a 1-star review to any business in my life but this required. They showed up and opened the pool for the new house I was buying and confirmed all the parts were in great shape. When I closed on the house four weeks later amazingly the pool was covered in algae, green, had a hole in the lining and after other pool companies came found out the filter and pump were undersized and failing. I wish I had read the reviews before entering Robertson pool store. Patsy was very rude to me from the minute I entered. She was angry that I hadn’t bought all my pool supplies from her and didn’t want to sell me any products. She was very loud and hateful. I have never been treated the way she treated me before at any business. She wants all your business or none. I do not live in Somerset. No one has ever told me I had to buy all my products from them. I do not recommend Robertson pool store to anyone. I would give her zer... read more
