Very very bad customer service & quality of “finished” product. Customer service from the general manager, the sales person, the building supervisor horrible. And don’t even bother trying to talk to the “OWNER“ of the family run pool company, apparently he doesn’t talk to customers that have an issue. We had Robertson Pools complete our new pool, and are really happy with it. Salvador (the masonry manager) came out and personally made sure the masonry work met our expectations, and honestly it exceeded the stone work on our house (completed by a custom builder). Thanks so much for such an amazing job!
