Edit: Thank you for removing my personal and healthcare information from Robertson Optometry's response. Original Post: Staff was great, but the lab needs better quality control. Two of my glasses had to be sent back to the lab. There was a gap between the top of the lense and the frame. I appreciated the staff sending the glasses back. After two tries, one of the clip-ons was still incorrect. I cancelled this part of the order. Overall, it took about two months.
So friendly and kind! The staff are amazing and it feels more like visiting a neighbour than going to an optometrist. This is exactly how small town businesses used to feel and apparently still can! I won’t go anywhere else for my eyewear
I've been going to Robertson Optomerty for years. I recently had my eyes tested then purchased my fourth pair of Maui Jim sunglasses. As always, Jeannette and all the team, a few who were new to me, were both friendly and professional. I'm always assured of getting the best care for my eye health and vision needs.
Very helpful and accommodating service. I got an amazing pair of sunglasses and my contact lenses with the help of Sohal and Jeannette.Would recommend to anyone looking to find a good pair of glasses and eye checkups as well!
Ive been coming here for years. Great and friendly staff who are always ready to help with anything optical related! Highly recommended.
