The care and extra mile this business goes for me is second to none (and I had an opportunity to test that out recently against my mother's glasses place & her experience) ! They've always been fantastic for myself and I'm continuously pleasantly surprised by how much their optometrists understand about the effects that some of my (commonly misunderstood) health conditions can have on eyes. Today I took my almost 23month old toddler in for their first eye exam and it was a fantastic experience. I experienced a humiliating visit this afternoon while looking at eye glass frames. Over the years I have always gone to Robertson Optical to look at frames but have never ended up choosing the right frames for me at Robertson. When the staff member found out I didn’t purchase from them in the past she said “Oh so you got our help and then went somewhere else to buy glasses.” Her comment was very unprofessional and inappropriate.
