I called this law firm for a consultation stating I didn't know to whom I should speak. The receptionist who returned my call was condescending and acted as if I was beneath him. He could not have cared less for my need for assistance. I had no idea which attorney to speak to and the receptionist told me to call back when I knew to whom I wanted to speak. Mr. Neal did an excellent job representing me in Caldwell co. I hoped to never need him again. It looks like I may need his expert legal help obtaining documents from my sister.
