These guys are a rare find: very experienced, very responsible, and pragmatically wise. They did great work, responded fast, and went the extra mile with sage advice.
Never bothered to show up for an appointment that they send 1 week out. Won’t return phone calls either. Now we are down another weekend and have to find someone else.
Installed propane pool heater. When the install was completed it made a loud howling sound when turned on that was attributed to a old regulator that they didn't think needed replacing and would work itself out. I told Tim it wasn't the regulator and the noise was too loud and would annoy my neighbors. After installing a new regulator the sound didn't stop.
