I used Robertson LLP for the purchase of a home. The overall process for was fairly smooth as you would expect for a simple residential purchase transaction. The paralegal I worked with was great to deal with and communicated what to expect over the course of the process very well. That being said, there was a miscommunication relating to whether holdback funds in trust had been released or not. This is the second real estate transaction with Robertson LLP, we came back to them since they really make the effort to clearly communicate each step, make sure we understand, and close the transaction in the more smooth way possible. Shout out to Kyle for all the prep work and to Richard for the signing.
I have called 3 times to try and finalize a sale. I will talk the receptionist then get passed on too another number just be ignored with out a call back. I would 100% not recommend this company. I was referred to them and I will find another lawyer. Edit: after having my wife write an Email they responded back fast thank you for rectified email response back I updated my review from 1 star to 4
We had a wonderful experience working with Richard and his paralegal, Michael, for our recent home purchase. Richard was incredibly clear, detailed, and patient in explaining every step of the process. I've never felt so comfortable at a law office before. Michael was also fantastic. Anytime we had a question or request, he responded quickly and kindly. You can really tell he's someone who is excellent at what he does. The entire process was completely stress free from start to finish. Highly recommend!
