Went in this morning with severe ringing in my ears, I told them I was paying cash. The PA, not even a Dr. Looked at me and said she couldn't do anything for me and referred me to a specialist. I was seen all of ten minutes by her and she charged me $90. So I paid to get referred to another doctor. She couldn't even tell me what's going on! She didn't offer me anything to ease the anxiety due to overstimulation. One of the worst experiences I have had at this place. Do BETTER! Dr. Robertson is truly one of the best. He’s thorough, attentive, and genuinely cares about his patients. I drive over an hour to see him because his level of care, professionalism, and compassion are unmatched. You never feel rushed or dismissed. He listens, explains, and truly shows up for you. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a doctor they can truly trust.
