Dr Robertson has always been pleasant, professional and attentive. However I’ve had horrible, unprofessional service from the rest of the staff. The paralegal assigned to my case left, thankfully, but I wasn’t told and never received an update on who the new assigned paralegal was on my case, which created weeks of emails and waiting for a response. I would like to shout out to my paralegal Maritza for keeping up with my case since the beginning even though she was always working and she is always busy. She would always reach out to me and give us something with an answer. I also appreciate Robertson for doing a wonderful job with our case as well. She does fantastic work always. I always hear good things about her since the beginning and I am very grateful that she helped us through the good and the bad.
We helped a client sponsor his son to obtain his green card. The process was made more difficult because of COVID restrictions when we started. The attorney and staff persevered for many years to get everything in order. The client and his son had to return to Mexico for the interview phase. Because of the attention to detail and "spot on" instructions as to how the process would play out in Mexico, the son sailed thru all the steps and his visa was granted on the first attempt. Unfortunately I had high hopes for this immigration attorney and all my expectations were failed… our case has taken 4 years and now everything is getting so much harder, everyday new updates from the current administration keep slashing our hopes and it only makes us more bitter that this process has taken so long… even though we’re doing everything right and paying thousands of dollars we may not get the outcome we’re hoping for due to the painfully drawn out process our case has taken while the rules of the game keep chan... read more
