Dr Robertson has always been pleasant, professional and attentive. However I’ve had horrible, unprofessional service from the rest of the staff. The paralegal assigned to my case left, thankfully, but I wasn’t told and never received an update on who the new assigned paralegal was on my case, which created weeks of emails and waiting for a response. She would always reach out to me and give us something with an answer. I also appreciate Robertson for doing a wonderful job with our case as well. She does fantastic work always. I always hear good things about her since the beginning and I am very grateful that she helped us through the good and the bad.
We helped a client sponsor his son to obtain his green card. The process was made more difficult because of COVID restrictions when we started. The attorney and staff persevered for many years to get everything in order. The client and his son had to return to Mexico for the interview phase.
