If I could give ZERO stars I would. STAY AWAY. In 2017, we were told our mothers case would take a year. Here we are 8 years later and nothing has happened. With the continuous changes in paralegals, which I assume is due to poor work conditions, my mothers paperwork was not filed for 7 years. In October 2024 she FINALLY said she submitted the paperwork, provided us with a "$600 refund" and told us it would take 3-4 months to hear from immigration, and we have not heard anything. Before I dive into my review, I hope clients advocate for themselves. When you do not fully understand English, it makes it difficult to know when you’re being taken advantage of. I have been a client of Ann for at least 5 years now, I have renewed my DACA possibly 3 times and I am now with a new law firm. At the beginning, everything was great! Worst experience ever! Unprofessional, the paralegals keep changing, there is no follow up on your case even when you call to ask for an update, you simply don’t hear back from Ann Robertson. TWO YEARS of my life waisted! Months and months went by, I called multiple times asking for an update and no one bothered to call me, and she is supposed to be a lawyer? Wow!
