This development is just east of and within walking distance of Cherry Hill Village. The interior and exterior design of these detached condos is very appealing. The units that back to the woods on the north side of the street are especially nice. The decision to turn units sideways without changing the side elevation (i.e. adding Windows, shutters, or even shrubs or a simple fence) was unfortunate as the sides of the units facing the street lack the curb-appeal of the fronts of the non-rotated units. Described as a "wooded oasis" on the website, but its a development that was squeezed onto a parcel of land that was originally intended to preserve the woods on both sides of the street. Instead RB decimated the woods on the south side of Garden Lane and is placing Condo's SIDEWAYS. It looks crammed and crowded. Nothing like a "wooded Oasis".
