I'm incredibly impressed with Amy from Robertson Heating! I had an emergency leak, and after reaching out to her, she responded quickly and arrived promptly to fix the issue. As a single woman, it was refreshing and reassuring to have a female professional handle the job. The entire service was professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I can’t recommend Robertson Heating highly enough and will definitely be using them again in the future!
Waste of space… Called out to fix a leaking pipe in our heating. He came had a look then disappeared, stopped taking calls. Completely unprofessional- avoid like the plague
Did not show up after 2 weeks, a few days after chasing them up they came and said a lot of things wrong with the boiler and recommended changing a boiler that is only 7 years old! Got another engineer and he got it working in only 2 hours and replaced only 2 small parts. DO NOT TRUST, if you are unfortunate to have called them, get other opinions or you will lose thousands.
On time, fixed issue, come back AGAIN when another issue popped up straight away - also fixed flawlessly. Fair price. Friendly service. Highly recommend.
Completely untrustworthy. Failed to show up, failed to return calls. Just couldn't be bothered. AVOID!!!
