Getting through on the phone to even get an appointment is by far the worst I've experienced, even at 9am. The twice I've been in, had one lovely doctor, very nice and professional, 2nd time a diffrent doctor, I wont say her name on here but she was the worst Dr I'd ever had in my life, I will never go back to her. Most of the reception staff are friendly and helpful on arrival, again only 1 that made me feel I was an inconvenience because she had to get up from her seat and come to the window.
Waiting on phone so long my phone died near an hour waiting for my disable son who is 8 years old and unwell health service in this country and especially in alness and invergordon is horrendously bad
