Am I the only one who has to wait 2 weeks to hear back from an attempt on a simple auto insurance quote???? The broker doesn’t pick up the phone and only communicate through emails. This is my 3rd time trying to get an auto insurance policy from this place and it’s like pulling teeth. I guess they’re allergic to money??? Edit: **sorry** I mean 3 weeks
Quite possibly the worst service you could get from an insurance broker and that is saying a lot. Over 15 years for house insurance and 27 years for auto insurance. When finally going to make a claim, was treated with disrespect and basically hung up on. Would avoid at all costs.
Poor experience so far with this broker, unfortunately. It took two months to get set up with home and auto insurance. Communication is always very delayed. The broker also misinformed us on what was included in our insurance coverage and has not followed up to remedy the issue. Would not recommend and will continue to shop around once our plan is through.
Friendly, clear, patient, professional and got back to us quickly. Faith helped us out getting our Church insurance. I recommend.
I always get exceptional service and have had nothing but a great expirience over the last 10 years as a client!
