Half of the house lost electricity yesterday morning at 5 AM Sunday 8-10-25. Contacted Tyler with RES and he came over immediately, literally in 20 minutes. He found the issue in under 5 minutes. Singing River Electric cut the line whilst burying fiber optic cable and the main line 1 lost power. Tyler called Singing River and got a technician to come out within 45 minutes to address the issue, which is now being worked on today, by their crew to restore. Echoing every other legitimate review on here - great company, highly recommend. We recently moved from out-of-state and bought a bit of a fixer-upper. It's been a fight to address all the issues while finding reliable companies to work with on the things we don't have the knowledge/ability/time to fix. They came out 2 months ago to do some work on safety issues from our home inspection report and to install new ceiling and bathroom fans. All the work was fantastic.
