Total scam artists. Brought my pup in for a mild ear infection. Had the ear swab, had them flush both ears, and bought the medication and applied it daily for one week. When I went to pay the bill after my initial visit ($250), they asked to schedule a free follow up exam to check on my pup’s ears. And I said sure, as long as it’s free.
