Lynn was a very kind and helpful admin and the Doc was great, very thorough, patient and kind. I would recommend him to anyone.
As a fellow healthcare provider - I cannot express how great Dr Robertson was with me! I have spells where I have vertigo and feel off balance for days on end and it’s super distressing. Dr Robertson was very patient and kind with me and conducted multiple tests right away. He gave me resources as well as exercises and activities plus options for the future.
First impressions are important. I booked an appointment here for the 21st. I arrived and they informed me I had booked for the 20th. That’s a big no, after I travelled from Guelph, received no notice that I had missed my supposed early appointment. When I told reception they were wrong, they remembered they were wrong yet still accused me thusly. Dr Robertson is a very good listener and very knowledgeable in his field. He explained my condition well and I was happy with the appointment.
