Very disappointing. Last 3 visits, waited an hour for each, no one apologises. Returning to get results, Doctor knowing nothing showed up, gets you in again to charge a 3rd time. In for 5 minutes, charges again after waiting 50 minutes. Attitude also very disappointing. Go to a great bulk billing doctor now in Mittagong, who actually cares. No attitude.
Apart from the consistently bad "wait time" - 45mins to an hour, they bill you at every stage. Billed for consult (ok), then suggested I come in for results (even though NOTHING showed up on the xray), and decided to bill me again when asked to review the scan that shoped up nothing. My wife went through the same thing and was billed again when getting results from pathology. Greedy. Never again when many are still bulk billing.
