Outstanding customer service. Every concern was catered to speedily and above expectation for this type of accommodation. I hold this in very high regard. The room size (family room) was certainly adequate and would be fitting for 4 adults, comfortably. The room was aged and certainly not clean. The bedding was confusing. Some of the bedding was very clean and some very worn. The room rate would have been very suitable for a family of four.
In Robertson for a birthday bash so needed overnight accommodation. This motel was overpriced, and poor value compared to slightly dearer options. A bedside light and table on 1 side only, no hangers, generally lacking maintenance and a good clean. Cannot recommend anything about this motel.
Fidge had mould. Smelt like it hasn't been opened in well over a month. No power to one side of the room.. Other than that, everything else was okay.
We spent one night while travelling in NSW! Comfortable room with everything you need! The staff was available by text and phone and very helpful! We will certainly come back to Robertson and stay here again!
