Beautiful design. Great warranty supervisor. Absolutely the lowest quality home I ever purchased. Do NOT buy a RB build. They use the cheapest products and hire the cheapest contractors available. Since I purchased my townhouse in Wixom in May 2019....I had to buy a new water heater because the cheap one they installed (poorly and w/o a pan underneath) broke. It leaked hot water so badly that the drain couldn't keep up. I discovered it after the wall trim stained and the linoleum flooring outside the heater's closet cracked.... read more
