I have been going here for 5 years or so. The doctor is very knowledgeable in eye care. She and her staff are very professional and empathetic. My appointments are on time and I leave knowing that I received excellent professional care. Thank you!
This is by far my worst optometrist experience I would advise others to seek a better office for you and your loved ones.
Updated 8/3/2026 - Be sure and read the fine print when going to this office. I apparently signed something giving them the authority to charge my payment on file for anything under $50. Today I was charged for something my insurance didn't cover and I was not contacted before they charged my card. I've never encountered this before. I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Ott at Robertsdale Eye Care, and I was extremely impressed by the level of care and attention she provided. The staff are always pleasant and very accommodating. The doctor is very thorough while also not making the visit last way too long.
