I had a great experience at Robertsdale Eye Care...everyone there is knowledgeable & very helpful & Dr. Ott is kind & great at her profession...I would highly recommend her & her staff to anyone who needs an eye exam, glasses or any type of eye care

They are all so good at putting you at ease immediately. Dr. Ott had another doctor seeing her patients today. And as with Dr. Ott, the doctor there was personable and very thorough with the examination and prognosis for the future. It was so gratifying to know that when the best cannot be there she still leaves her patients with someone well-qualified!
Dr. Ott and her staff were so friendly and helpful! They got me in super fast when I called about having vision problems and they made me feel so comfortable and welcome as a new patient. I'm a nervous person by nature and tend to be squeamish about my eyes but they were so patient and explained every step to help me stay calm and I never felt lost or misunderstood during my appointment. She was able to diagnose my vision problems and was very thorough in explaining how to move forward. Most definitely recommend this office ... read more
