We have used this team for 10 years now. They have always taken good care of us and our babies. Their prices are a bit high but the quality of service is very good. I can't quite understand why they have such a revolving door of doctors. That is a bit concerning, but for now I"ll deal with it. I wish I still had contact with some of the ones who have been there and left. The staff is kind, patient and very friendly.
As a past client of this vet office I found myself at desperation point last week when my schnauzer became extremely ill. Having stage 4 cancer and an extremely high copay dealing with that, I called to see if they could hold a check as payment for 2 weeks, and was shocked at what I was told. A young lady answering the phone but stated I could bring my dog in and they would euthanize him and hold his body (hostage) until i could pay them I thought that was the stupidest thing I had heard in a while.
