I’m not sure what has changed, we’ve been customers for several years but the customer service has gone downhill. It’s like no one knew anything.
At Roberts Trucking I was very pleased with the service... they had already pulled my order by the time I got there. They were professional and courteous...I couldn't ask for a better experience.

The service department is friendly. They are busy, but I feel they forget to tell new customers about payment options at pickup. The payment office isn't efficient, and unable to overcome their inadequate training. The manager of the payment office is just obtuse. The payment signs in the service department and payment office needs to be updated, with correct details. This place refused to take my Discover card or a local bank debit card.
