If I could post 100 stars that's exactly what I would give. From beginning to end this was perfect. Jason is such a gentleman. He is professional and an extremely knowledgeable arborist. The crew was exactly the same. Professional, polite and knowledgeable. The crew took great care in how they removed 3 extremely tall, gangly trees with zero damage to my property. Jason answered my call about the trees I had and wanted removed. He was very educational and knowledgeable about everything we went over. The crew arrived on time and were ready to work. They were the friendliest and cleanest company I have ever had the pleasure of using for business. Everything was cleaned up and put back just as it was before. I absolutely recommend this company. After meeting with 4 different arborist staffed tree companies, most of them clearly being experts, I chose Robert's because they provided the most thorough explanation on their approach and because they were recommended by a friend, who also used them through a recommendation. All 4 companies were mostly similar in price. Robert's came as scheduled within a few days and used sophisticated professional equipment to do the job on my giant, unwieldy magnolia. They get two stars rather than one because they did do a great job on the work they did do for us. They also provided a fair price for the work done. For which we promptly paid them. If we could leave it there they would get 5 stars. However, they were suppose to do more work and were going to get back with us regarding a price and then do the additional work if we agreed. But, they didn't get back with us and now won't return texts or calls. Customer service 101 never over promise and under deliver.
