These folks truly deserve way more than 5 stars! We ran into a transmission issue 5 hours from home while down here on vacation with our family, and they went above and beyond to get us thoroughly fixed up and back on the road before closing for the weekend. We can’t thank them enough for their knowledge, expertise, and honest selflessness that shines through their business day in and day out!
We were having transmission issues with our vehicle. We've used Roberts before, as we support local businesses. They keep our car for 5 business days (7 total), because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They finally came up with something and said try this, if it doesn't work, it will cost $4,400 to fix. Sure, fine. One year later so thankful that Robert’s Transmissions of Darnanelle were so helpful as to squeeze me in for transmission rebuild and 4 cylinder delete on my 2015 Chevy Silverado just before Thanksgiving and I was traveling from Lufkin, TX to Russellville. One year later and the transmission and truck are doing great. So grateful that I was referred to Robert’s and they had me back on the road in two days!
Rebuilt the transmission on my wife's car. Price was on par with other's locally, but I went with Robert's because of the good reputation and I'm glad I did. There was a difficulty getting a part, and I was understanding of that with supply and shipping issues. I was notified ASAP and kept updated on everything. Car was returned in great condition in a very timely manner. They took care not to get it dirty during service. It has been a couple months now and it's still functioning flawlessly.
