This is how service is supposed to be executed. The geniuses at Mitsubishi have decided the outlander doesn't need a spare tire. And yes its my fault I don't have a spare. ( no place to put one either) so I called Roberts and they found me a tow into their facility and got me a chinese tire ( brand new ) that fit my budget. Roberts Tire is the place to go in Burlington. While not the cheapest, you get more that a tire... you get it balanced and ready to go. They have a wide variety of tires on hand, but if they don't have it, they can get it in a day or so. I just stopped by at 10am on a Saturday, and the will have my oddball tire (Nissan Kicks) Monday morning. Great place. They really helped us when we got a flat tire while on a trip. Service was fast and friendly. Again a great place
I went in for a nail in my tire and they fixed it within 20 minutes- that same day. They also informed me that I would need new tires (which I knew; so it wasn’t unexpected or pushed on me). The quote they gave me was $600 cheaper than the last full set of tires that I got at “discount tire.” The guys at Robert’s got the tires in and on my vehicle within three days. No issues or complaints. Great customer service!
