Im on vacation and had a valve stem fail. After driving to 2 other places that would not replace my valve stem stating the tire is too far gone, I called roberts. He dismounted and inspected the tire showing that the wear they stated was superficial and not structural. He replaced my valve stem at a fair price and I ended up buying 4 tires the next day because this gentleman was honest and honesty is hard to find these days from a business.
